We offer spaces that provide the best views of San Miguel de Allende. We pay attention to details with all senses because we want the hotel's atmosphere to exceed the most dreamy expectations. Dear guest, please note that prices do not include taxes.Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM, with late check-out available until 2:00 PM. If you require late check-out, please contact reception and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.

IMPORTANT

1. Valid photo ID (passport/INE) is required for all reservations at check-in.

2. To stay at the Maria Camille Hotel you must be of legal age or be accompanied by an adult who presents official photo identification (passport/INE).

4. Only the guest or guests registered at the Reception can stay in the hotel (room). The hotel reserves the right of admission.

5. The guest will be responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. All damages will be evaluated by the hotel Management and must be paid before departure or the card provided as guarantee will be charged.

RESERVATION POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed with a 1-night deposit plus tax at the time of booking. Reservations without guarantee are not accepted.

The charge as a security deposit will be made to the credit/debit card registered in your reservation, within 7 days prior to arrival for the amount of the first night.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations must be canceled or modified 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty charge of 1 night plus tax. If you do not show up on the day of arrival, the total stay with taxes will be charged.

PARKING
The parking fee is included in the reservation and is located next to the hotel. It is required to leave the car keys, and it covers one car per room. If you do not wish to leave keys or bring an additional car, you have the option to pay $250.00 pesos per night per car.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
Special quotation for renting the entire hotel for an event must be requested in advance.
For group reservations, policies may vary according to the season and room availability.
